1. When ordering your memorial portrait, please remember to:
- fill out a separate order form for each picture.
- write the order code ( for Memorial Portraits and / or Bronze Frames ).
- keep the white copy of the order form.
- please indicate clearly any special instructions with reference to picture and / or mounting procedures.

2. Be sure to send your clearest original picture up to a maximum of an
8" x l0". Your picture will be reproduced and then returned back to you.
(If the picture is larger than an 8" x l0", return postage will be billed to you.) Do not send pictures with frames and glass.

3. Pictures will be exactly reproduced unless otherwise specified. We will make the following modifications without charge:
- removing backgrounds; if not specified the color will be chosen for you.
- expanding a solid color background.
- black and white porcelain from a color photograph.
- mirror imaging ( reversing the photograph ).
- removing red eye and minor blemishes, cleaning up the picture.
- removing minor water stains or creases from the photograph.

For extra charges, special requests can be met by our graphic designer such as :
- combining photographs together to make one picture, or working with a picture larger than 8"x10".
- expanding detailed background and/or removing other figures or objects.
- drawing in missing parts (for example, top of head, limbs, hands).
- placing pictures together with text.
- turn black and white pictures to color ( exact colors not guaranteed ).

4. Delivery :
- all deliveries are made by overnight courier service, fully guaranteed.
- orders shipped within a maximum of 21 working days from the date that the order was received in our office.

5. IMPORTANT ! Please enclose your cheque or money order payable to Phoenix Memorial Portraits along with your order. Payment can be made by Visa or Master Card.
