Phoenix Memorial Portraits has been serving the death care industry since 1996 selling porcelain memorial portraits and porcelain

1) Please set the resolution of your scanner to 300 pixels per inch.

2) After doing your initial scan, use your mouse and select just the area of the photograph desired on the porcelain.
ex.: If only a bust of the person is desired, select that area only, NOT the full figure of the person.

3) After selecting the desired area, using Resize under Tools on your scanner, resize the selected area to about 3" x 5".

4) Then save the scan in JPG format at highest quality. Please use the order number and your company name as the name of the saved scanned photograph.

Please email all orders to: sales@phoenixmemorial.com. Please be sure to put your order number, company name and the family name in the subject line. As well, request a "Read Receipt" to ensure that we received the e-mailed picture.

Also, please fax a confirmation to 1-514-735-9799 by using your completed order form, with the family's name marked clearly on the form. This will help ensure that no orders are missed.
